What can you expect from us?

• If you start working with us, you may have the following expectations:
• A decision about accreditation within 3 weeks
• Accredited training courses are offered by us to the cooperating professional associations
• Where possible, we support you in your development and growth of you as a trainer
• Your contact person is always available for questions during working hours

What do we expect from you?

• We cannot do our job without your cooperation and involvement. That is why we would like to inform you clearly about what we expect from you when you start working with us:
• Involvement in the initiative on good teaching
• Keeping your registrations up to date and complete
• Involvement in collecting assessments from your (former) students
• Being open to critical feedback
• Professional and proactive attitude
